The hotel rooftop floor project is located in the coastal city of Malta, built in Nov 2017 and covered an area of 1,000 square meters.

Malta is a modern city with an ancient style, which has many beautiful carved Victorian buildings and ancient streets of slabs.

Due to the subtropical Mediterranean climate of Malta, it is rainy in winter and hot in summer. The customer had high demand of floor by weather resistance.

In addition, there are lots of tourists traveling in the hotel, and the customer hoped that the floor to be cleaned easily and no maintenance.

As customer's request, we recommended the wood & plastic composite (WPC) decking tiles of model SM-4P-A BH.

Our WPC decking tiles can be used by -25℃ to +60℃, which are quite suitable for the climate of Malta.

Our WPC decking tiles keep the color of natural woods, but no maintenance as woods.

It took only 3 hours to complete the floor installation.

The brown wood plastic composite floor are perfectly matched with the adobe wall of the rooftop, which looks simplicity and modernity.
